Connection in community
is a documentary project exploring how belonging is created through shared rituals, collective movement, and everyday encounters. Spanning festivals, public gatherings, and ordinary moments of daily life, the photographs examine the relationships that emerge between people who share space, tradition, and routine, despite having no familial ties. From communal celebrations to quiet acts of coexistence, the work reflects on the invisible bonds that connect us, suggesting that community is built not only through blood or kinship, but through the repeated gestures of living alongside one another.
